Who are We?

DAIRY AND FARMING DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE BANK

Our story starts in 1985 when a group of local businessmen recognized the need for a second bank in Anuradhapura. In true community spirit, the initial capital investment for the bank was funded in part by local residents in support of the idea. A number of those same families remain owners to this day.

Soon we were able to start several more branches all over Sri Lanka.

As our bank grows, so does our commitment to our customers and the services we offer. dafd Bank has a full array of traditional banking products, and also offers innovative electronic banking services such as mobile banking and online mortgage applications that allow our customers to bank more conveniently.
